User Agreement
Welcome to Jumbe. This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Jumbe's app, website, recipes, community posts, discussions, achievements, messaging, AI assistant and related services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, using Jumbe, publishing content, sending messages or continuing to access the service, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the EULA. If you do not agree, do not use Jumbe.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account information and activity. Keep your login secure, provide accurate profile information and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Community Purpose
Jumbe is designed for sharing homemade fruit drink ideas, tropical recipes, preparation tips, inspiration posts, achievements, discussions and friendly creator interaction.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you publish, but you grant Jumbe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, remove, distribute and use your content as needed to operate and promote the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, spam-like, privacy-invasive, rights-infringing or otherwise objectionable content. You may not impersonate others, manipulate engagement, scrape content, abuse reporting tools or attempt to bypass safety measures.
6. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation
Jumbe provides reporting and blocking tools to help reduce abuse. We may review reports, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend features, terminate accounts or preserve records when needed for safety, legal or policy reasons.
7. Recipes and Health Notes
Recipes, ingredients, nutrition notes and AI suggestions are for general inspiration only. They are not medical, nutrition, allergy or professional advice. Check ingredients, allergens and food safety before preparing or consuming drinks.
8. Intellectual Property
Jumbe's name, design, interface, code, brand assets and documentation are protected. You may not copy, modify or misuse Jumbe intellectual property without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this User Agreement, create risk for users, violate law, abuse the service or repeatedly publish objectionable content.
10. Changes
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Jumbe after changes take effect means you accept the updated agreement.
