End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Jumbe mobile application, software updates, website materials and related services. By installing, opening or using Jumbe, you agree to this EULA.
1. License Grant
Jumbe grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to this EULA, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and applicable app store rules.
2. Ownership
The Jumbe app, website, interface, branding, design, code, documentation and related intellectual property are licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with Jumbe and its licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security controls, scrape data, automate abusive access, upload malware, interfere with moderation tools or use Jumbe in violation of law.
4. User Content
Jumbe includes recipes, posts, images, videos, comments, messages and discussions created by users. You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the rights needed to share it.
5. App Store Terms
If you downloaded Jumbe from Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app, support, user-generated content or claims related to Jumbe, except as required by applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce this EULA as third-party beneficiaries where applicable.
6. Updates and Availability
We may provide updates, bug fixes, safety improvements or feature changes. Some updates may be required for continued use. Jumbe may change, suspend or discontinue features for operational, safety, legal or business reasons.
7. No Warranty
Jumbe is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent content availability or the accuracy of user-generated content, recipes or AI assistant suggestions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumbe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or inability to use it.
